I try to get at least 300 grams of protein in, about 400+ carbs a day. 3500+ cals. I can go for a few weeks, but then somedays I can only eat like, 250protein, 300 carbs and like 3000 cals or less. It's weird I jsut cant seem to down the food, and I've been like this for a long time (months). I grow pretty fast regardless. My theory is if you get a certain amount every 3 or so days example: 3500/3500/3000/4000/3500/3500/3000/4000/3500... and give or take protein and carbs 10-20% as well. How are you guys doing with eating a lot?
