currently 170 lbs and 5’11”
they told me I need to eat more on sarms. Lgd4033 and s4/andarine seem like good stacks together.
What would you recommend I use in a pinch if I had to pick between the both of these? And if I ran them together what dosage would work best for 8 weeks?
I’m going to try and push 300 g of protein a day and push 4000 calories
