eating carbs just in the am

Hi everyone, I'm trying to lose weight but for some reason if I don't have carbs in my break fast I feel weak and lethargic the rest of the day , do you think it's ok to have a good amount of carbs in the morning and then skip them at lunch and dinner? and still be able to lose weight? thank you all.
 
it is because you are waking up with depleted glycogen so the carbs fuel you up. unfortunately most of us run on glycogen for energy, unless you are exercising like crazy your brain is tricking you.

another point i want to make is carbs are not always your enemy, calories are. what i mean is you can't just eat 5 steaks a day and get 3500 calories and almost no carbs and lose weight. you won't get fat on sweet potatoes and some fruit which have carbs, but you will get fat on a lot of meat
