As per the thread title, I generally work out around 9-10pm and then have a PWO shake consisting of 40g whey and 70g dex.
When is it ok to eat again after this shake without my insulin levels being too high?
Also im trying to cleam bulk and i dont seem to be againing any weight. Would it be ok to have a bowl of oatmeal just before bed? Will this cause any problems ie gaining fat?
