Would the post wo shake be different Thant training days???

Would the standard 30-50 grams of
both carbs and protein Be best??

Would it b different for men or women?

If ur bulking, or maintenance, I'd go higher carbs franky than that. Oats + whey; tuna + potatoes or something like that
