Wasnt meant to be rash bro....just think you can do better than triscuits and whey. I'm faily confident triscuits are not an ideal carb source, as they most likely have processed ingredients...as for whey, it's VERY RAPIDLY ABSORBED by the body and excess is excereted.....$ is NOT the factor in this equation...it's the product at hand...u need a slower protein more often than before bed..........just my .02.......but, if this is working for you, don't change a damn thing! Seriously. But, I'l wager, you are losing weight AND hard earned muscle........
