Eat constantly?

I've been eating 5 meals a day. A meal every 4 hours, basically. It's been working fine for me. Albeit, I start to get a bit hungry by the end of that fourth hour, but I guess that would be a good thing. Protein sources are always meats, so I'm sure I have a positive nitrogen balance at most times, if not all.

too long bro...........try 2-3, make your meals smaller if you have to......you'll see the difference.

I usually pack 2 meals worth of food to take with me to work (with plenty of munch-able green veggies, like raw green beans), and I graze on that while I'm there, eating one thing at a time. I don't really notice any advantage between that and eating every 2-3 hrs, it just keeps me from getting too bored when things are slow.

LOL.........that is EXACTLY why we are the fattest nation and exactly why people say "why can't I lose weight".....snacking continuously, grazing, and eating because they are BORED!

Not a flame and not saying you are fat by any means, just hope others don't take your advice.

Is your goal to lose or gain? If it's gain, I would definitely get a meal in every 2.5 hours

I doubt every hour would be a good idea. The meals would be so small that you would *never* get even a partial feeling of fullness, which is something that a lot of people need to stay sane.

For the last 2 weeks I've been living on 5 meals per day, each meal exactly 3 hours apart, each meal consisting exactly of the following:

1 scoop whey
5 triscuits
1 tbsp ANBP

Plus some cottage cheese, fish oil, and a multivitamin before bed.

This is for cutting, and I never feel hungry on it, even at only 1700kcal.
