E/C/A and pre-workout drink

I normally use a pre-workout drink but have just started on a new E/C/A cycle so wondering if I should still take my pre-workout drink as I normally would?

I take my eca at 7.30am, 12pm and 5.30pm.
I would normally take my pre-workout at 4pm and I train at 4.40.

Just wasn't sure if the pre-workout drink would be too much on my body and if I was already getting enough from my eca that it was unnecessary.

What does ur ECA stack break down too?
Usual is like 12.5 mg ephedra
100-200 mg caffeine
Aspirin (3x 81mg baby aspirin)


I tried it a few times... I just crash too hard personally, buddy recommends 2 on 1 off and to do it a couple of weeks to get use to it. Be sure to eat around the ECA because I notice obviously crashing harder if I took it too long after a meal.... So all of that plus pre workout can be a lot! Maybe just ECA at 7:30 am and then maybe pre at 4:30 ?...
 
How much caffein does your pre
Workout have in it? Take your Eca with your pre workout just minus
The caffein so you have an EPA (p standing for pre workout ) lol .

I was thinking about taking the caffeine out of my stack and adding in my pre-workout but I take them at different times so it would mean changing the times I take everything which would not fit in with my meal times etc. My body copes really well with my stack and I don't feel any crashes at all, and I feel all round more energetic rather than in specific times. This is why I thought I might be ok to add in the pre-workout also, but wanted to see if anyone else has tried this before I gave it a go.

I thought about trying it one day and just evaluating how I felt, is this a good idea?

Why can't you just take your last ephedrine dose with your pre workout ? Why does it have to be so time
Specific? I'm not saying change It I mean if it ain't broke don't fix it,
But rather than adding another stimulant I think it would be better to incorporate it with your pre workout rather than doing

I'm just going to comment on the pre-workout drink, which I assume will be a carbohydrate and electrolyte type energy drink?

If the drink is loaded with caffeine or other stimulants, then you'd need to opt for something with plenty of CHO but none or little stimulants. I'd certainly not ditch the pre-workout drink, especially if you're using ECA stacks. The main reason being the risk of going hypoglycaemic during your workout (due to very low blood sugar levels). This is often usually proceeded by heavy and shaky legs, dizziness, nausea, rapid heart rate, and confusion. Adding Ephedra to the mix would risk more severe symptoms, should a hypoglycaemic episode occur, and so I'd definately not skimp on the drink before your workout.
