I normally use a pre-workout drink but have just started on a new E/C/A cycle so wondering if I should still take my pre-workout drink as I normally would?
I take my eca at 7.30am, 12pm and 5.30pm.
I would normally take my pre-workout at 4pm and I train at 4.40.
Just wasn't sure if the pre-workout drink would be too much on my body and if I was already getting enough from my eca that it was unnecessary.
