arm workout, cardio (HIIT)

M6-4oz fish, 1c. steamed broccoli, 2tbsp pb
1 gallon of water throughout day
no cheat days this weekend...i had A COOKIE yesterday! AHHHHH
but really, i'm going to stick to a strict weekend diet because i have a bikini day the following weekend and I want to at least FEEL good even if it's not a noticeable change this early into it. Everyone have a good night!!!!
