I'm starting to feel fit again :) yippeeeee! this weekend will be a huge test for me. I'm going on a road trip with some girlfriends to Houston so I'm bringing my own food with me to eat and I'm NOT drinking. luckily one of my good friends doesn't like to drink so we're staying sober together and that makes it so much easier to resist. i've designated myself as the driver as well to ensure i don't give in to old habits :) wish me luck!!!

no cheat days this weekend...i had A COOKIE yesterday! AHHHHH ;) but really, i'm going to stick to a strict weekend diet because i have a bikini day the following weekend and I want to at least FEEL good even if it's not a noticeable change this early into it. Everyone have a good night!!!!

Darn, i'm slacking big time with my log...Still eating clean and others are noticing the weight loss :) it feels good to have people say they can see a difference. I start up with my running group on 8/25/07 for marathon training so I'll be starting off in a much better place than i was in last year. I"m not running the full marathon this year though, just the half and kinda using the running schedule as just extra cardio to my "shadow" workouts now. i'm just glad i'll be starting up at a lower bf percentage and more muscle this time around. anyways, this is more of an update for myself to look at later down the road but diet is still clean and I'm feeling great!

M3-turkey slices, 2tbsp ANPB
forgot my protein shake cup :( ...i'll have to sub some protein somewhere until i can get it.

ALLRIGHT!!! Thats awesome!! I lost 2.5 lbs this week so I'm happy too ; I'm not sure what I did. lol

Yeah, this go around I'm not donig cardio at all. I am so burned out on cardio, I thought it best to cut it out or I might never do it again! loloolololol

How are your workouts???

Is your protein shake a post wo shake? If not you could use Cottage cheese, or hell you might be able to use cottage cheese post workout. Up to you i guess.

hey :) the workouts were going great and then i got my stupid period twice this month 1 week apart. really weird but it threw me off and i was cramping and i just started the 2nd one yesterday. anyways, i didn't go to the gym from Sun-Wed!!! that's the longest i've been out of the gym in a long time. I went this morning at 5 before work and got a great workout so I will be back on track but i didn't put any weight back on so that's good. thanks for the advice, i didn't even think about cottage cheese. i'm good now and i think i'm going to buy an extra cup this weekend so i can have one here at work and one at home. congrats on your 2.5lbs!! :)
