Hi.. unlike many unwanted threads, I have done my research, and am seeking guidance.. Im looking to compete by the summer time, and potentially make it to the pro ranks.. (serious)
This is my plan..
In the next month and half, naturally cut down to 6-8 percent bf, and build up lower body mass (legs, calves).. And then start a Test E cycle, initially with 4-5 weeks of D-bol..
I want to start taking proscar now, to prevent MPB (genetically prone from my father).. and obviously clomid for PCT.. but I am confused from the top thread as it has contradicting point of view on PCT..
For the test E cycle.. I will consume 5000 calories, 50 percent carbs, 30 protein, 20 or less fat.. ( I am carb sensitive.. but I am aware that during a cycle more carbs are stored as muscle rather than fat)
For contest prep.. I will do a diet similar to Palumbo/Cut diet.. Pro/Veg, Pro/Fat.. and compete when i'm ready.. For contest prep I will take possibly Para/tren stacked with winny..
Can anyone help me come up with the right numbers, and generally tell me how my plan is..?
