Does Forma make your hair fall out/feel real jittery/rapid heart beat?

I've been on Forma for about 3 weeks now. Its very apparent at this point that my hair is falling out more than ever. Still manageable though. Also, I feel extremely jittery, and am getting rapid heart beat.
I'm also running Deca and Test. I discontined the Deca three weeks ago, and the Test a week ago.
Is this common with Forma??
