Simple question. Im 36 been lifting long time I am currently starting to use knee wraps, I had acl surgery about 2 years ago and when I do squats the wraps make my knee more stable. My boys are busting my nuts over using them. I do REAL squats I dont go below parellel but deep. Stats 5'10, 220 I just lost some weight. I dont use wraps till 405. Currently doing 405 for 8-10 with wraps, no belt. I dont think the wraps help in strength at least not much. And I have properly rehabed my knee. Just thought I would get some opinions.
