Hey guys,
Just wondering if there is any difference between "Quick Oats" and "Old Fashioned Oats"? I've been putting a 1/2 cup of Quick Oats in my protein shakes, but have read that a lot of people use Old Fashioned Oats. Should I switch to those, or is there no real difference?
