Hi, everyone! I've been reading this site for about 2 weeks now and am excited to get started and involved with the EF ladies! :) Before I start journaling, though, I want to get some nutrition software. Is there a consensus on what is best to use? I've seen FitDay online, but it doesn't appear to break it down by meal, which I would really like to do.

Does anyone have any good suggestions? I don't mind paying a reasonable amount for it. I know it will be a great investment! ;)

Ice, I use CalorieKing online, you will be able to look at the basic nutrition profile by meal. One year membership to the online or the software costs about $30.

musclemom, thanks for the quick reply! I'll be sure to check that out. :) By the way, nice avi! :)

I personally prefer fitday.....and as redguru said it's free.....

:wavey: Welcome to EF!!

Thanks Jen's Cat! :-) fitday it is then, as it certainly appears to be the consensus across the site! I am very excited to get started here in EF! I started a journal today, so I'll start getting food logs and photos up tomorrow. Thanks again! :)
