Hi, everyone! I've been reading this site for about 2 weeks now and am excited to get started and involved with the EF ladies! Before I start journaling, though, I want to get some nutrition software. Is there a consensus on what is best to use? I've seen FitDay online, but it doesn't appear to break it down by meal, which I would really like to do.
Does anyone have any good suggestions? I don't mind paying a reasonable amount for it. I know it will be a great investment!
