Lets say the only time you can workout is after 8:30pm due to all day work hours---5:30am-4pm---then night class 6-8pm--would it be bad if your last source of food for the day was a postworkout shake?
Yeah, that would suck. You have increased ability in nutrient uptake for many hours on end after working out. One meal then 6-8 hours w/nothing else, is far from ideal.
I do the same thing.. My workouts are really late at night.. 9:30-11. Ive been doing it over a month but I have been steadily gaining. Im up about 10 lbs so far within the last month. I basically pound an isopure and a chicken breast. Since I drink so much darn water I have to piss at like 3am.. usually I get up and grab a premade whey protien drink as I awake and go to the bathroom. Then I sleep til breakfast where I eat big. Its been working so far. Hope this helps.
That actually sounds like a really solid plan considering I get up in the middle of the night to piss anyways----do you have any troubles falling asleep at night?
I was at first.. but my body is still adjusting as it is getting easier... Im gonna pick up some melatonin this weekend.. I hear that it helps you get to bed a bit faster.
Yeah I take Melatonin and nothing comes close to knocking me out like that stuff does---The best part about it is that when you wake up you don't get that groggy/tired feeling
