Hey I need some input...thanks in advance!

I've always been a bit chubby and I've had a really hard time putting on lean mass or getting much stronger...so I decided to take a little break from trying to grow and getting my body to the leanest it's ever been

For the past 4.5 weeks I've been on basically the diet shown below with very little deviation

Meal 1: 1 serving protein, 1 serving milk, 1 egg, 3 egg white w/ 1 serving milk
Meal 2: Low carb protein smoothie (40ish g pro, 5g net carb)
Meal 3: 2 servings chicken, 1/2 can veges
Meal 4: 2 servings protein, 1 serving milk
Meal 5: Lean beef/pork/chicken, 1/2 can veges or plain salad
Meal 6: 2 servings protein w/ water
Meal 7: 2% milkfat cottage cheese

Fish oil + multi-vitamins + 5g glutamine a day

For the past week I've felt kind of exhausted and I haven't been able to get as much sleep as I need so I supplement 400mg of caffeine once a day

I lift 5 days a week, and do cardio (45 minutes) 3-4x a week.

I went off Creatine at the beginning of the cutting stage and lost 5 lbs in the first week (I assume most was water)...since then I've lost another 6lbs. I'm not as lean as I wanna be, I expect another 3-4 weeks of dieting to get there, but I don't know if I can make it! I can't put as much effort into my workouts because I feel like I'm going to throw up and I keep getting a lot of head spins. What should I do? (Oh yeah, my bp used to be 110/85 and now it's 85/50) ...should I drop the diet for a few days? Add a complex carb? Help!

Thank you!!

SF

Edit: On a side note, I'm not looking for an outlet to the diet. If this isn't detrimental to my health and it's just my bodies response, or as my roommate would put it "My tampon fell out"...then I'll work through it.

The basic idea is to crave carbs only 3 times a day. I alternate my meals of protein, carbs and low fat with protein, fat & low carbs. The fats I use for the meals including them are mostly EFA's (essential fatty acids) such as flaxseed and sometime I will use monounsaturated fats like olive oil. Flax seed oil will help you maintain a healthy metabolism. Also maybe try throwing in some CLA (Conjugated Linoleic acid) is a fatty acid derived from sunflower oil that reduces body fat and increases body protein (muscle). Drinking water may actually help you lose weight since there's nothing in water (calories, fat etc...) but it can fill you up and you can piss it out.
Meal # 1 - Protein, carbs & low fat
Meal # 2 - Protein, fat & low carbs
Meal # 3 - Protein, carbs & low fat

Meal # 6 - Protein, low carbs & low fat.
if you're totally cutting out carbs that could cause the head spins and dizziness. Don't be scared of carbs but don't eat spaghetti all day either. Fat isn't even that bad for you, it's just the transfat you want to stay away from. I've never had your problem since I've always been trying to gain weight.
