Hey I was wondering if u can help me work out a diet plan. Im looking to lose 10 lbs. Im 5'5" and 120 now....I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and do 45 minutes of cardio and abs. Im a vegatarian and Im living at my dorm room, but I generally eat in my room...not at the dining hall.
....I dont eat red meat...chicken or fish! I think I eat too many carbs.
