Was real hungry this morning. Thought I'd share my breakfast:
- 2 whole eggs + 2 egg whites
- monster pile of raw baby spinach leaves (3-4 cups perhaps)
- 1 cup of organic all-natural guacamole
- 2 fresh tilapia filets (lightly seasoned)
- 1 piece of multigrain/11-grain toast
- 2 tablespoons all natural organic peanut butter
- some nonfat greek yogurt (cause I am still a bit hungry)
These double training sessions and HIIT and boxing are making me HUNGRY!
Anyway, hope you all had a great breakfast as well and enjoy your day!
