Delts -- How to bring the lat and posteriors up to par?

I have been doing the following split:
MON: Chest/Triceps
WED: Back/Biceps
FRI: Shoulder/Legs

However my lateral and posterior delts are really lagging in comparison to my anterior delts. What is a good way to isolate these stubborn delt muscles?... Can someone suggest a training routine and a few good exercises just for posterior delts?

Thanks broz.

Medial Delts:

Cable laterals with the cable behind the back
Upright rows with wide grip.

Posterior delts:

Do seated rows with a overhand grip at least 6 inches wider than shoulder width and row to your clavicle.
Reverse pec-dec machine

iwpould say keep it simple.

do some cable rows for a warmup focusing on squezzing th eupperback, then some rear delt flys on the pec deck machine.

and then some good old dead lifts, or shruggs, that would blits that whole area

good luck
