Ok finally after alot of people on here telling me bulk properly i decided to go ahead and do it. Currently doing the Starrs 5 x 5 and have been having maintenace cals although i thought i was eating enough to bulk a little i was miles off the mark. I need to intake around 4000cals a day to add around a 1lb a week. I want to do this as clean as possible to keep the BF% down. So i was after some meal plans best times to eat etc. Really just general help as when cutting no carbs after 6 etc i take it this gets thrown out of the window whilst bulking? I stocked up on pasta/rice/chicken and a few diffrent sauces etc but obviously need other things to get. Would you reccomend changing my macros from 40/30/30 to a higher carb intake over protein? Sorry for all the questions guys and girls im gonna go do some more reading (theres so many diffrent opinions when it comes to bulking im gettin confused). I am going to start this properly a week next monday so i got till then to sort out my eating plans etc.
