Deadlift and Front Squat Max Attempt #2

Well. Last week posting these threads of my maxes. Then i start Andalites rountine =D

Anyways, im pissed but nothing that would bother me like before. I went to workout at 2, not my normal time but i thought i would have been feelin good. I went in and was exhausted just getting the plates onto deadlift. Not sure whats up, but my deadlift was fucking weak this time, i pulled 270lbs last week, i couldn't pull 275lbs this week, and i couldn't pull 270lbs. Only gave it 2 attempts, did not want to risk any injury and especially after being too tired to even lift.

Front Squat went great. I was a bit surprised though, i did 150 last week during my warmup easy, but this week 150 during warmup was pretty hard :S...
Anyways, i tied my same 1RM on front squats of 160lbs. So im happy about that, would have liked to see 170lbs though.

Here's the videos, i thought my form on squat was great. Deadlift... i still have that sticky point. I could get 275 up to that point but not get any higher, and could get 270 to that point but no higher.

Front Squats were ok. Try to squat DOWN and not back. Thats the key to front squats.

As for Deadlifts...your legs almost locked out too soon.....thats fine. We have your maxes now. So we can improve them :)
 
Don't lock your legs so quickly. Legs were locked and bar was two inches off the ground bending at the waste.
