My first cycles were of only d-bol (ten years ago), and I would split my doses in two. One dose just before working out, and the next dose right after working out. I got huge and strong! (The gains didn't last long, but WTF? Back then I'd never even heard of clomid!) Fast forward ten years and I find this board and haven't done AS since then. Everyone says to space your d-bol out throughout the day (take it every four hours). So I do a deca/d-bol cycle and take the d-bol every four hours like a good boy, and I get nothing.....no results from the d-bol what so ever. The shit was real too (Russian Akrikhin's)...passed the crush test, found numerous pictures that matched them on the web, and I got them from a well respected guy.
So, for me, on my next cycle coming up, I will be going back to taking just two big doses a day. Once before, and then after working out. I hope it works because I'd hate to think that I've grown immune to d-bol!
