3 when you wake 3 1 1/2-2 hours before lifting and 2 before bed works best for me , good pumps .the headaches kiil me , but it's better than the headaches i get from my a-50 .
Last time I used naposim's, I was on 9 a day and toook, them:- 3 morning/3 at 5pm/3 at bed time, they worked amazing, I was blown up like a balloon and the pump was awesome, was also on 1250mg sus a week at the time.
