daytona beach quick fix??

OK guys here's the deal, i had been so busy working towards finishing my degree that I had completly stopped training. But on short notice a daytona beach trip has been planned for the week of the 18th. Anyways I had been doin the occasional half assed workouts for a few weeks before this, but no dieting or cardio. Time just crept up on me with my school responsibiltys. This is my second week on the eca(minus the aspirin). So basically what it comes down to is I have one week to shed some serious bodyfat. My question is this, since this is only me second week, should I just skip the off days of takin the eca? I don't take it on sat and sunday. Should I just stay on it through the weekend and all the way till the end of my trip? Does taking the weekends off really help keep your body from gettin used to it and you lose the effect? Second question....Has anyone tried supplement that try to act like diuretics i.e Taraxatone? Do they work at all? and how are they taken? Also...I had done no cardio prior to this week, this week I've done one session. How much can I do at this point, without riskin slowin down my metabolism or gettin that soft look? If I do some cardio every day before the trip will I be ok? And any tips other tips u guys have for me would be much appreciated. Ofcourse I'm not expecting a miracle, but whatever I can do u know. Thanx guys...p.s not plannin on using any pharmaceuticals, no real point now.

Ill be in daytona that week for spring break, but I've been following a regimen of DNP/ECA and solid nutrition...sitting at 8%....hit up on more dnp cycle b4

tanning + suck the water out (zero carb for instance) + carbin' up = quickest fix

it'll be hard to make any "real" changes to your physique in such short time.

You guys need to hit up Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm, Key West, Panama Beach or Miami for Spring Break... Daytona sucks a fat one these days compared to how it used to be... lots more fun the more South you go... and many, many more hot-ass chics.

I'll be in Key West this time, 1 block away from Duval street (where the titties are always showin and rules gettin broken.)haha.
 
The answer is simple. Skip this year and bust your ass in the gym from now until next spring break. You "Spring Break/Weekend Warriors" kill me. All you do is take up space when you come in and do curls and crunches 2 weeks before the break and you think you're going to look great. Do us all a favor and just stay home.

Ive made huge progress in 3 weeks on keto and diet aids here... 10 pounds fat loss in 3.5 weeks to get around 9-10% and probably 6-7% by the end of my diet in 3 weeks

But cheated BIG last night and am out of ketosis
 
stay on the eca, go into keto and cardio your ass off in the am before you eat anything. Day before you go carb up and make the best of it. Tan.
 
Not gonna happen dude in that short of time. Your best bet is to kill yourself doing about 1 hr of cardio before you wake each day, and watch your diet. If you are that out of shape, keep your shirt on if you want to get laid! hahaha. Good luck bro
