OK guys here's the deal, i had been so busy working towards finishing my degree that I had completly stopped training. But on short notice a daytona beach trip has been planned for the week of the 18th. Anyways I had been doin the occasional half assed workouts for a few weeks before this, but no dieting or cardio. Time just crept up on me with my school responsibiltys. This is my second week on the eca(minus the aspirin). So basically what it comes down to is I have one week to shed some serious bodyfat. My question is this, since this is only me second week, should I just skip the off days of takin the eca? I don't take it on sat and sunday. Should I just stay on it through the weekend and all the way till the end of my trip? Does taking the weekends off really help keep your body from gettin used to it and you lose the effect? Second question....Has anyone tried supplement that try to act like diuretics i.e Taraxatone? Do they work at all? and how are they taken? Also...I had done no cardio prior to this week, this week I've done one session. How much can I do at this point, without riskin slowin down my metabolism or gettin that soft look? If I do some cardio every day before the trip will I be ok? And any tips other tips u guys have for me would be much appreciated. Ofcourse I'm not expecting a miracle, but whatever I can do u know. Thanx guys...p.s not plannin on using any pharmaceuticals, no real point now.
