Damn these useless arms!

I used to have the same prob with my arms, turns out I was overtraining them.

Cut back on volume, it helped me. All I do now is EZ bar curls and hammer curls 3 sets of 8 and go heavy. My arms have been growing ever since.

small arms- big chest

Is this a common thing? Some friends I know that have really big arms for their size have small chests. i have the smaller arms, bigger chest thing . My shoulders and traps are definitly my strongest point by far, even though I work them a little less than everything else.
