Damn these useless arms!

Wassup guyz,
My arms have always been my worst bodypart. No matter how hard i train them they just refuse to grow.

I;ve tried many different things and currently i;m just goinf down the dumbell rack, 8 reps per weight.

It seems that the reason i always have to stop curling is because my hands, wrists and lower forarms are aching so much rather than my bi's - really pisses me off.

My gym doesn;t have a preacher curl bench so i tend just to do standing / seated hammer curls, or standing wide grip barbell vurls at the moment.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
I;m starting to look out of proportion with these damn sticks !

I have spaghetti hanging off off my delts also. I'm 6'2" 250 and have naturally wide shoulders. I'm actually pretty happy with my delts and traps, but big delts only draw attention to my inferior arms.

Gymtime will give me shit for saying this, but my arms only really started to grow after I started ditching isolation stuff and doing the big heavies. Stop training bis so much and hit the deadlifts.

Make your whole body grow and your arms will follow.

how about taking 2 weeks off and then getting back into it. Sometimes you need a break :)

Then do shoulder width chins and close grip upright tricep dips.

I rarely ever train my biceps but they seem to get hit just a bit from my event training. Now my triceps...I hit them hard!!!

If your hands forearms and wrists get tired before your biceps, make your hands forearms and wrists stronger.
Forearms can be trained with dumbells, using an exercise I wouldn't know what to call other that wrist curls (?)
I bet you've probably seen guys at the gym doing it. But you'll probly have to use lighter weights than u use for biceps.
You can make hands and fingers stronger by squeezing tennis balls or raquetballs, which are easy to carry around even at class or work (I guess depending on what you do).
Make your hands and lower arms stronger and you'll find your able to max out you biceps consistently
good luck.

lol i wish my arms would stop growing; i look at dumbells and they grow! i actually havent trained them in over 2.5 years; no need, they grow plenty with indirect stimulation. Too bad the rest of me isnt like that.

btw do you have a big chest? mostly people with thin arms tend to have a big chest to make up for it.

You got it man,
My chest has no problem growing, neither do my shoulders.
Which in a way is even worse coz it makes my arms look even smaller!

Starting to do the low rep high weight deads now tho and they rule! getting greatpumps from em, and i feel like some1 drove a truck into my back the day after !
