anybody have success with this? I've been dieting for around 7 weeks. I've had great results, but, recently noticed that the fat wasn't coming off as well. I bumped up my carbs to around 300-400 grams/day and the fat started coming off again, so, I was thinking of doing 200 grams/day for 4-5 days, then upto 400-600 for a day, then back down again? I'm 6'1...around 220lbs. BF% maybe 12, looking to hit 8-10% in 6 weeks...possible?
