Cycle starts today( I just injected!)

Niceee.....you really feel that you you need two off days? I was planning out my split and I might try to hit everything 2x, or close to it.....keeping am cardio, very light..just to get a sweat. Then I need to fix my diet, as it's my current one and the scale hasnt moved in months. I want 1-2lbs a week. You don't think, just by adding AAS and keeping the same salorice intake, I'll grow, do u?
 
sorry havn't updated this in a while .. yaa Jkurz.. 2 days off a week is nice. I am getting more sore now after workouts the day after and the day after that. I am on week 10. i am going to weigh myself tongiht, but I dont expect my weight to be anymore than 245. I am on clen right now, and that is taking weight off. I think I will just run the next 2 weeks and then start pct in 3. ... welll.. gotta run ,got class
 
had a nice workout last night
did my chest
inclines- warmed up with 135 and 205
workig sets
225x2 - 2 sets 8 reps
245- 1 set 8 reps
275- 5.5. reps
then did a bunhc of other stuff.
felt goood.
and weight is at 246.6 which is more than i expected since im on clen :)
i think ill ride this train for 2 more weeks as planned.
 
alright guys... im all done.. i was about 245 last time i weighed myself last week. I have started pct today. I will get my before and after pics up as soon as i take the after pictures and when my roomate decides to take them. il have them up by the end of this week. I have gained 20 lbs which is nice for me. after pct if i have gained a good 15 ill be happy. 15 lbs was my goal and I am sure I will keep up with it. I have switched my diet to eating very clean now; my real diet for competition starts july 1st.
Damn that was a fun ride... about 4 months until my next one :evil:
