Niceee.....you really feel that you you need two off days? I was planning out my split and I might try to hit everything 2x, or close to it.....keeping am cardio, very light..just to get a sweat. Then I need to fix my diet, as it's my current one and the scale hasnt moved in months. I want 1-2lbs a week. You don't think, just by adding AAS and keeping the same salorice intake, I'll grow, do u?
