Cycle starts today( I just injected!)

cHRIST....you gotta feed that shit bro. Your gains would be 10 fold.

What are you guys doing for back on days w/o deads?
 
Congrats on your gains Sweed.

I'm running a similar cycle (dbol/test/eq). I'm coming off the Dbol this week (I'm in week 5). I saw a big jump in strength initially, and then last week (week 4), I guess the Test kicked in. It's kind of funny you expect the gains to keep coming like that and it seems you get kind of jumps in strength increase and then it levels off. Are the strength gains steady on Test after the initial size/strenght increase? I'm still waiting for the EQ to kick in so hoping I've got one more "big" jump in strength in me.

ok i got 4 weeks left.. how about i just post up befores and after when im done with my cycle? haha im so busy right now and im runin around like a crazy fuck tryin to do 5 things at once all day. dont worry i will get them up at the end
 
alright... i got abot 3.5 weeks left(in week 9). i have been hovering right around 245 for the past few weeks. im eating the same, training the same, getting plenty of rest. it ma be i am done growing? i think after week 10 (instead of the original 12) imight satop if i dont see any more gains. this might work out better because i would get to start my contest diet a little sooner.
 
well yesterday being chest, i felt a lot better in the gym. I started with inclines. I was thinking I wouldn;t be that strong so i started off with 205... ya, way too easy. i did and easy 10. then did 225 for 2 more sets at 8-10 reps. then 245 for 8 reps, then i did 275 for about 3.5 reps with some partials at the end :). did my flat dumbs with 100's. did a few more exersizes after that then went to weigh myself. I was right around 248-249. So maybe im not done growing? also water weight is a factor. Ill weight myself next week sometime to see if i go up a lb or 2, which would be nice. but if not then i will probably stop after week 10.
Although drinking is not recommended... i am going to a beginning of the semester school party down the street. I already invitred some girls.. i might have a beer or 2, but not 25 like some newbs do on a cycle, lol.

Bro - first you ARENT DONE GROWING.trust me. It's just time to make a change. Ramp your caloric intake by 500 cals per day until you start up again.....you wont get fat, trust me.

#2 Can I see your current split? Arm routine in particular.

#3 Have a few drinks bro - nevermind the beers, have a couple shots, and relax. Your orals are done, right?

my split
day1- chest calves
day2- back/ hams
day3- off
day4- arms/calves
day5- shoulders
day6-quads/ calves
day7off

my arms routine is
i start with bis one week then swtich to tris the next
bi's-
ex 1- barbell rows 4 sets reps 8-10
ex2- standing curls -dumbs 4 sets reps8-10 (switch ex 1 and 2 around every week)
ex3- hammer curls- machine or dumbs3sets reps 8-12

tri's
ex1- close grip bench 4 sets reps 8
e2- pushdowns 4 sets 8-10
ex3- skulls- 3 sets ( i switch ex 2and 3 around everyweek )

i figure 11 , 12 sets for each arm group is enough without over training.
i go heavy.


as for the going out thing tonight.. i got boston strangler going out with me to cause some trouble, haha :supercool
