Ok.. im gonna lay off the Deadlifts for a few weeks... I could barely do anything without Huuuge fuckin killing me back pumps. Shit they suck.. then afterwards I tryed to do some rows.. nope. I had to fuckin do 8 sets of heavy pulldowns, 5 sets of Seated rows and 1 handed rows.. Hopefully next week i can actually do some rows without getting back pumps. Damn those suck. sorry, potty mouth,lol
On the goodside , I love the good pumps. I love the feeling of feeling huge and filled with blood! my arms couldn't stay straight, lol, bi's were pumped like crazy afer that back workout. ALthough my back felt big.. it does not look big at all.. I need to somehow get my Teres and Lats filling out big time.
ANd my weight after workin out was over 250 ... Scale is messed up, i have it on 200lbs and side it over 50lbs, then if i put it on 250, the weight doesn't level off, lol. close enough tho, so lets just say 250. Yay, In september I was 190 around 5-6%. Offically gained the Senior 60, lol.
