Cycle and diet study - who would do it?

I will help out if I can for the sake of science and your curiosity, though I cant swear I wont have an ice cream or two when summer hits :)

This is all very true. Compliance is very hard to monitor. The results at the end wouldn't hold up based on science, but more so as a loose experiment that may help some people decide on a protocol that they may want to follow based on their goals.

Maybe calling it a study defines it wrong. So maybe it would be a competition. But the overall objective is to gauge not only results but how each person felt on the diet and cycle and look at internal measurements like lipid profile etc.

I'm getting over nasty gastroenteritis so I don't have any energy to push this along right now.

Even if some guys are willing to try it even for the sake of change (which sometimes is exactly what the body needs), it would be interesting to see what might come of it.

It would depend VERY highly on the individuals general response to each diet. I personally respond VERY well on a low carb/high fat diet(re energy macros)...Dont see why it would be the same whilst "ON"....with more protein of coarse.

I am currently cutting on a keto diet, which is doing wonders for me in terms of muscle preservation and fat loss. I will cycle my carbs when I begin my first cycle....Just my 2 cents
