cardio(for fat burning) on empty stomach= more fat loss, due to the fact that there arent any extra carb cals to burn up first. The meal after cardio IMO should be a PRO/FAT meal to prolong lyposis(fat burning process). Eating carbs after cardio will stop lyposis. So its really up to you. If you do cardio for 45 min. wait 30-45 min. to eat that = 75-90min of fat burning. If thats plenty for you then eat your pro/carb meal. to prolong that eat pro/fat meal.
