Ok well I'm done bulking for now, I want to cut for the spring/summer and I have quite a but of work as everyone does..
Can anyone estimate my Marcos for a cutting phase?

I want to get SHREDDED for spring and summer.. I'm gonna keep this log open, I have the app on my iPhone so I'm going to continuously post pictures starting tomorrow.
Are there any recommendations on what my Marcos should be aswell as training that's not catabolic? (muscle wasting).. Of course my calories should be lower, protein higher, I'm aware.. I'm just looking for exact numbers and any help for a hardcore fat burning cut.. I like my biceps and shoulders and traps, but you'll see in the picture, my fat is stored in my stomach like many people. I wanna shred insane fat and cut my core down so I have a V shaped core and atleast a 6 pack without flexing
