I would first go to this website and figure out what you need for cut, maintenance, and bulk.
I agree with what bunny has said and would change the following:
Meal 1: Get rid of the milk and fruit
Meal 2: Get rid of the bread. Add two tablespoons Olive Oil
Pre Bedtime meal: Ditch the yogurt. Add Fat Free Cottage Cheese Instead with 1 tablespoon Flax, Fish Oils, or if you don't have either Olive Oil again.
You should see some solid results with these changes.
