I think you might be misjudging the grams of protein in everything, unless your shakes have around 65g of protein each. in that case stop drinkin shakes other than post workout so you can focus your calories on filling up on lean slower digesting proteins. an average chicken breast or steak is between 20-30g of protein. and your eggs add up to about 32.5g. you can get more potassium and half the cals if u replace the banana with a kiwi. banana bread shouldn't be in a cut at all. I've got a diet i wrote about a year ago that is so much food i couldn't eat it in one day. I dont remember the exact numbers but it was about 2600 cals, 250g protein, 220g carbs, 80g fat. I need to readjust it so their is more fat and less carbs, but it could be reduced to around 2000 easily and thats about what you need to cut at 190. As long as you eat at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight, and continue lifting, you shouldn't lose much muscle. You will always lose some just because your body will use some muscle for energy. Keeping it around 2000 cals and 200g of protein should limit the loss. If you want to look at the diet pm me your email address, the file is too large to pm, and i'll tweak it and send it over.
