Heres my cutting diet.. sometimes I add strawberries, blueberries, 1/2 banana, and 1/2 c oats to my morning shake (1-2 days per week). I"m 6'5 appx 248lbs (unk bf%-probably around 15%) anyone have any ideas, corrections or improvements they could offer... thanks in advance

Postworkout shake – 50 g Whey, 40 g Dextrose

Meal 2 – 1:30 pm – Canned Tuna or Chicken, 3 T Peanut Butter (24 g fat)

Meal 3 – 4:00 pm – Casein/Egg White Protein shake, cheese

Meal 4 – 6:30 pm – Chicken breast, salad (romaine lettuce, spinach, onion, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, olives, virgin olive oil/balsamic vinegar, feta cheese)

Meal 5 – 9:00 pm – Cashews and ???

Meal 6 – 11:00 pm – 7 egg whites, 2 whole eggs (10g fat), 2 T Peanut butter (16 g fat)

I'm by no means an expert, but here is some advice that was given to me on my diet for some of the same foods you are using.

Loose the fruit becaue it contains fructose which is not that good on cutting diet.

Instead of cashews use almonds or walnuts, much higher in EFA's and fiber.

Other wise the rest looks pretty good, but I'm a newby so what do I know.:D
I'm sure the more knowlegable members of the forum will give you the right advise.

What ratios are you trying to accomplish (P/F/C)?

between meal 4 and 6 all you're gonna eat is cashews and ??? ... you need a protein source and a fat source in there, maybe have 2 tbsps of ANPB and a protein shake, its easy to prepare and quick to get down

Meal 1 – Breakfast 10:00 a.m. 50 g Whey protein, 2 T Flax Oil (28 g fat), Multi-Vitamin, Glutamineuse a protein mix in the morning instead of straight whey: 60%egg white/30%whey/10%caseinate

Postworkout shake – 50 g Whey, 40 g Dextrose

Meal 2 – 1:30 pm – Canned Tuna or Chicken, 3 T Peanut Butter (24 g fat)

Meal 3 – 4:00 pm – Casein/Egg White Protein shake, cheese I don't see how this meal fits, I would just take out the cheese and add 1tbsp. MCT oil

Meal 4 – 6:30 pm – Chicken breast, salad (romaine lettuce, spinach, onion, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, olives, virgin olive oil/balsamic vinegar, feta cheese)

Meal 5 – 9:00 pm – Cashews and ???have a small chicken breast w/ salad and 1tbsp. olive oil
