Is there any benefit to crushing or chewing your anadrol when taking it? I heard this somwhere. Does it help with the uptake?
I'm already getting big as a house on this stuff. My weight is up from post contest 193 on december 5th to 236 as of today.
does anyone just take the drol on the days they work out. and give there liver a rest on their off days?? and one more is it best to take just all 50 mg like an hr before you lift or to split 25 in morning and 25 then before you lift? thanks guys
