Hello guys.
I'm 4 weeks into PCT now from my last cycle which was a lean bulk/cutter (yeah you can do that with tren lol). At the end of my cycle I was around 218 at 8-9% bodyfat. I am now at 223 at around 11% bodyfat. I increased my cals during PCT so that I could hold onto the size gains I made. I understood there would be a fat increase.
So, I won't be touching gear for a little bit and would like to maintain my gains or even add some size. Maintenance though is most important because I don't want to lose the muscle I gained from my last cycle.
5:30AM: 2.5 (24 grams whey each scoop, no carbs) scoops protein powder, 1/2 cup oats, banana.
7AM: Omellete with 6 egg whites, 1 yolk (veggies included), 1 cup oatmeal or 2 pieces of whole grain toast
9:30AM: 2 scoops protein powder with water.
11:30AM: Either Salmon or grilled chicken breast with a sweet potato and broccoli. Subsitute is a whole wheat wrap with grilled chicken and 6 egg whites with 1 slice low-fat lace swiss.
2:30PM: Same as above.
4PM: 2 scoops protein powder with water.
6PM: Same thing as my lunch meal but sometimes brown rice as carb or extra carbs and bigger pieces of meat/fish.
7PM: pre-workout, shake with 2 scoops whey and 1/2 cup oats.
8:30PM: post-workout. Shake with 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup oats, 1 banana, 1 slice white bread (for insulin spike which I'm not too sure about...)
9:30/10PM: Either more whey protein and oats, or I'll cook up an omelette or make chicken or something.
11PM: Right before bed, 2.5 scoops casein protein with skim milk.
I JUST realized I am eating f'in 11 meals a day! Wow lol....
So yeah, help me clean this up a bit and make it more effective for keeping/gaining muscle with minimal fat loss. I know that there are a lot of problems with this. Maybe the eating is too frequent. Not enough fats? Too much carbs or protein?
I want to start using lean beef. Trader Joe's sells beef patties with a 96/4 fat rating so I think those look good with some ezekial bread for a lunch?
Again, this is with no gear. When I do a full bulk with gear this winter, I'll be eating a ton.
Thanks a lot bros. Appreciate it.
