cream cheese while dieting

Hi everyone do you thinks cream cheese everyday in your break fast would be unhealthy and make gain weight, some nutritionist recommend cheese as a very important food while dieting, but I wonder if cream cheese has the same nutritional value and is as healthy as regular cheese, Thank you.

No and never for breakfast. For nutritional value just read the label. I think you know it's not a good food to diet with but wanted permission to keep it in. It's still no.

Cheeses are terrible for dieting. The only dairy I would really consume at all is whey protein, cottage cheese, and a Greek yogurt. Regular and cream cheeses are extremely high in calories and saturated fat.

Who the heck told you to eat cheese when dieting? Cheese is very high in fat and calories. Same with cream cheese. 1 small 3oz packet of cream cheese has 290 calories.

Yes - it's true that some fat is needed for optimal health and hormone production but the best fats to include in your diet are things like avocado, coconut oil, wild caught fatty fish etc.

By it's very nature cream cheeses aren't as healthy as other cheeses. And ALL cheeses (except cottage cheese) are high in fat too. So-called diet cheeses aren't very nice at all.

If you are trying to lose weight and get in shape, then cheese should definitely not be in your diet. It has lots of calories and fats, so it is definitely not a good idea to eat them. This, unless you are on a ketogenic diet - then you can feel free with fats to the extent of the reasonable. Otherwise, avoid eating cheese.
