I just got home from the beach.. I am feeling so alive and refreshed now.. I was letting outside forces that I had no control over effect my mood and being... Today was all about me, yoga and mediation on the beach and of course that deep tissue massage and I am feeling at peace again. So last week taught me a great lesson and I figured out my breaking point with the low carbs.. I went 8 days and started going nutts on the 7th day so I am going to go 6 and then have a refeed, relaxing and quite day on the 7th day... okay nap time for me... MUAH!!

is this better shadow? I will do this for one more day then on thursday add in one "cheat" carb meal during the day...

in all honesty...I would feel(and you would feel) better if you could bump your fat up a bit and drop the protein if you have to.


upping the fat just a bit will REALLy help energy levels and hunger
 
I added a quarter cup of soy milk and it has some fat in it.. tomorrow I will add it to all of them... you have me so scared when to eat the fat... I can't eat it before or after the workout and I am working out twice a day so there isn't that much time.. You know what I mean

Wait....

you can ALWAYS eat FAT with PROTEIN


just not after a workout or cardio



so..chicken breast with a salad and dressing.....handfull of allmonds pbutter etc

just avoid fats and carbs together

I went to whole foods tonight because I am boarder line annemic and so I decided its time to get some iron.. So did that but also bought some udo's in the liquid form not sure why but the serving size in the pills is 20 c and only like 5 grams of fat the liquid one tablespoon is 125 c and 14.5 grams of fat so this will bring my fat up to the right levels.. So starting tomorrow will be shooting for like 20 percent fat and should be able to do it easily...

you need to be at 1400 cals then as a minimum


I know thats hard to hear...but all the Project women have lost on 10-12x bodyweight
 
it is really hard for me to get that many calories in... I am already eating like every 2.5 hours and I am stuffed all day... This is the second day I was able to get in over 1000 calories... I know that is horrible.. tomorrow I will be adding in my carb up meal mid day so that will probably bring me around that point for tomorrow.. But do you think I should be eating that everyday? I am taking the primo and the var so that I dont consume my muscle mass because of the lack of calories and my workouts... what do you think of that?
 
you need to be at 1400 os so.....the added fat is a great way to boost cals...


5 meals a day at 250 cals is easily doable

Even the AAS won't make up for a severely deficient diet. Why limit yourself? If you FUEL yourself, and take the AAS, you should get PHENOMINAL results.
 
tomorrow I dont think I will have no probably get that in... but on friday what I will do is add in another tablespoon of udo's somewhere in the day that will bump my calories 125 and in the morning I will have a 1/2 cup of oatmeal before workout instead of just a 1/3 I think that might do it... Trying to get the right ratios and the right amount of calories is a PAIN IN THE BUTT!!!
 
Kay I just figured it out...
1388 calories
and the ratios would be
26% fat
50% protein
24% carbs

shouldn't the fat be lower though? or at least a less percent than the fat?

that oil is STUFFING!!! I am so full today and bloated... NO fun!!

Velvett suggested some tea and if I don't have any movement tomorrow then I will try that... The bloat has gone down a bit but I can feel my stomach is EXTRA heavy I hate this feeling!!!

I have found with psyllium husk that it makes me "go" a lot at first but then I get clogged up. Maybe stop with it & try to get more fiber from food to change it up.

And your fiber guideline is 25-35g per day.....so you are waaaay under...
 
Add 100% All Natural Bran flakes to you oatmeal. You can find it in the cereal aisle, or in a natural health food store (like Wild Oats, Whole Foods). Just 1/4 cup will do wonders.

WOO HOO FINALLY some movement... Still bloated but at least its started!! Thanks daisy for the suggestion I think that is what did it.. the all bran mixed into the oatmeal is REALLY good so I think I have a new variation of my favorite breakfast woo hoo!!!

I have had the strangest couple of day does anyone know if it a full moon or something?

yeah I have always drank it.. I water it down though its to thick... things are moving a bit today but going to the bathroom is like a bloody workout.. sorry for the visual... I am not normally like this at all... And usually eat a lot less fiber but the added all-bran this morning seems to be helping so hopefully after tomorrows breakfast everything will be moving normally... I upped my fiber from 13 to 25g today so this better work...

I thought I should eat some more good carbs so I tried to eat some rice mid-day and I got sick.. from RICE can you believe that.. I now feel like I have rice stuck on my tongue and I have done EVERYTHING to get it to go down... but it is still sticking there..

had to bring out the old 34 D bras today... by by DD's... I am losing all my "real" breast tissue again.. thank god I have the twins or I would have nothing left.. Isn't it cruel how when us ladies get into shape we want are asses etc to go away yet are boobs are the first things to go... I am starting to get that horrible hole in my chest... you know where the ribs connect in between the boobs I am one of the lucky ladies that the connection shows like a mo-fo when I lean down... Ladies who have this problem know what I am talking about... its fucking WEIRD!! its the most noticeable when I lay down... it looks like I have a hole in between my boobs like god just didn't give me a bone there and you can see the other bones around it... GROSS!!!! so yeah hopefully this means that my upper body is about done leaning out and my lower half will start doing its job... and my freaking stomach is still bloody bloated I feel like I have gained 5 pounds and I have worked my ASS off this week... so also a little pissed about that... grr... okay enough of my bitching... I am going to go take a long bath and then meditate... I am so not present right now its upseting... KAY I done... have a good one ladies

I had the weirdest night... phone kepted ringing and couldn't turn it off because I am working this weekend... first few calls were really sweet then as the night went on drunk retards kept calling me... NOTE TO SELF: that is how stupid you sound when your drunk too.... got harassed to go to vegas by a dude that couldn't even put two words together... YEAH I am going to drive to meet you in the middle of the night.. COME ON are guys that STUIPID!!!! now I have to go into work early...

My mediation was wonderful last night and I am going to have a quiet day no gym.. Just me, work, my books and relaxation....

I mean it's not terrible - makes bra shopping much easier.

And if worse come to terrible they could always be purchased (the boobs that is).

Then it's abs AND boobies.

Girl, there are women would kill to be a 34D. I know exactly what you are saying. I was DD territory before I started this lifestyle. I hated the way they use to lie to the side when I layed down (not sexy, not sexy at all). I'm now a C cup and they are perky and sit right on top of my chest when I lie on my back. Now if only the fat in my back would disappear.

I am adding in hydroxcut to this.. took it this morning an hour before first meal and 45 before this one.. have dropped the clen because was on it for 2 weeks... my energy has been drained so hopefully this will work.. I had t-rex but forgot it on my travels and don't have it back yet... I don't really like this new formula without the ephedra so I will see how it goes..

oh and I have bought the boobs so I need to shut up... But one really cool thing that put me in great spirits this morning is I bought this betsey johnson dress a while back... I found it in a trift store for like 20 bucks it is BEAUTIFUL... tried it on but my boobs were WAY TO big for it.. But its a betsey johnson and I was absolutely in love with it so I HAD TO buy it... so yeah this morning as I am looking through my suits I see the dress and think to myself... "hey I might be able to wear that now." put it on sure enough it fits PERFECT!!! woo hoo!!! no idea how excited I am... Its SO PRETTY!! but simple.. long black dress to like the calve.. has a black slip under and overtop a lace fabric... sorta like a slip on top very simple with little blue flowers along the top.. AS soon as I can get my camera working I will take a pic for you ladies.... SO EXCITING!!!
 
That dress sounds gorgeous Court! I hit a JCPenney that's closing at the local mall today. Nuttin that sexy but some nice skirts & stuff for work since almost nothign I own fits anymore. We're talk size 4 here!

Court, add flax seeds (whole - don't ground them) to your oatmeal or, if you have one, your bedtime shake. The body can't digest the whole seed, so they go through your system whole and help push everything out. Its more gentle on your system than taking a laxative.

not sure what day your refering to but thursday was my carb up day so maybe that is what your talking about... and yeah my calories that day was around 1400 or a little more.. but since then have been around 1200 and on weekend may have been a little lower because I was sick... I added in the wheat bran, on the ladies advice and that adds a LOT more fiber and carbs to the mix so I think that is why I am feeling so good...

OKAY OMG… so I am coming back from the gym and feeling great from my work-out… I have all my windows open including the sunroof and I am listening to my music… I needed to get some water so I decided to drive a different way home… BIG MISTAKE… so these 2 cops pull up behind me.. I think to myself “thank god I am wearing my seat belt for once,” the cops (2 men) then race up beside me and take a long look… I smile… they then go behind me and turn the lights on… I COULD’NT fucking believe it!!

So the dudes get out and come up one on each side of my car and I roll down both windows. I take off my glasses and so does the dude on my driver’s side. Okay so I am wearing a sports bra and a tank just below my neck.. NO CLEAVAGE!! And the dude is focused right on my boobs… asks for the reg etc. I give it to him and he notices the reg is in a different name.. So I explain that the car is transferred in my name that is my ex boyfriends who gave me that car.. whatever… dude keeps looking at my boobs and says do you know why I pulled you over… I say “no”… he says because I am not wearing my seat beat correctly.. (I have the shoulder strap under my shoulder inside of on it) FUCK HIM!!

So as the fucker is staring at my boobs I say… “WELL LIKE YOU HAVE NOTICED I HAVE BOOBS SO IT BOTHERS ME TO WEAR IT CORRECTLY.” He kind of chuckles and says I will be back in a moment.. so the other dude bends down on the passenger side and starts talking to me asking me all the same questions… then says so your “EX gave you this car” I said “yeah.” Then the fucker asks if I have a new boyfriend.. I said “yes.” Then asks if I would mind if he asks for my phone number…… CAN YOU FUCKING BELIEVE THAT SHIT!!!~!!111 oh my god so yeah I AM PISSED AT THIS POINT… and say “do you really think that is an appropriate thing to say to me? He says “probably not” and walks away… the other cop comes back and says “take this as a warning, wear your seat belt properly.” And takes off before I can ask for there badge numbers… WTF…… MEN ARE FUCKING RETARDS!!!!

Oh and I figured out what is wrong with the camera I need new batteries so I will do that this weekend… You can go down to the bottom right of the pic and blow it up to see it a bit better… thanks ladies!!

I really liked the old formula of hydroxycut.. only taking this because its all I have right now... but I have been able to get rid of the sips of coffee I was drinking in the morning... the pills have enough caffeine etc to give me the extra energy I need for extra cardio etc...

I think I deserve it anyways for getting through this.... grr.... or maybe I am just pissed about the crummy day I had... either way bed is the best bet... keeps me out of trouble ;)
