I am 5'7 178. I just got off a bulking phase a few months ago and of course gained so fat around my waist but nothing bad just the bloated look. I would like to tighten up and am currently eating aroun 180 grams of protein a day which consists of tuna, chicken and protein powders. Is cottage cheese good to eat before you go to bed for the late night protein? Will I gain weight from it? If not what kind of cottage cheese should I get?
