alot of peple say high intsnsity preserves musscle and burns fat/..others say moderate intesity is better for fat loss?? i dunno which is better if i want to keep my lleg muscle but loose my stomach?? can anyone help me??
if you want to target fat and retain your muscle......do moderate cardio. If you want to loose weight in generall and don't care about loosing muscle.....do HIT cardio!!!!
