cut out of work early yesterday and today to go fishing at christina lake. so no workouts, and to top it off yesterday i had a piss poor diet. lunch and dinner were junk i wont mention it.
todays meals:
Protein shake with phyto greens @5:30am
6 eggs scrambled, bowl of strawberries @7:45am
cucumber, chicken breast, an avacado, @noon
banana @3pm
prawns, smoked salmon, chicken breast, and meatloaf @6pm
Protein shake @8:30
tomorrow ill be traveling all day. so no update till thursday, gonna be driving the dreamsmasher to the airport at 7am on thurs, so ill be free of her for the week. i would like to make this week full of debauchery but we will see, my car keeps me broke until next april or so.. plus it will be counter productive.. but we will see i also dont know anybody in the city i just moved to, so having fun is hard, im not very motivated when doing stuff on my own except for going to the gym.. also kickboxing on thursday, maybe with a jailhouse plp in the daytime
How did fishing go? what were you going for?
