CoBra's sarms s4 log

another class down. back to work in the am. at least my lifting schedule will become regular again. muay thai was pretty basic today. some new ppl joined so going over basics, combos, i dicked around with the heavy bags. not too much cardio wise. next 2 days will be off days for sarms. had abit of an eyeache tody. during the day while i was trying to stay awake in class. i think it was mostly from being so tired.

week 3 is done and no eye sides yet for me. when i get back next week i think i will try and setup some bloodwork for a few weeks down the road. somewhere around my 8th week on sarms to see how the numbers are, any shutdown or anything. i think in canada healthcare takes care of all that for free. guess we will find out. will run an unleashed if needed
 
fuck i hate wednesdays. up at 4am today, on about 4 or so hours of sleep. the nighty night is helping me tho. still find it hard to get to sleep but i stay asleep once there and feel more rested in the mornings. drove around picked up the workers, office at 6, picked up safety shit drove north till about noon, ate lunch then worked till 6. got in shit apparently when my truck went in for service they put a gps in it. well i was driving bout 160 down the highway. my boss text me mid drive, then when i called him when i got to my office he told me i was being written up again. lol whoopity doo

workout:

squats - 135 x5 > 185 x5 > 225 x5 > 275 x5x5x5x5x5
bench - 115 x5 > 135 x5 > 175 x5x5x5x5x5
squat - 135 x5 > 185 x5 > 245 x5x5x5x5x5

this is all i did i felt really weak today, no focus, just yeah idk hella weak. the sarms def has a great effect in the gym. first day of my 2 days off, i miss my sarms... they need to develop a sarm you can cruise on for a few years with ed use. i would love that

diet is as follows:

1/4 cup of plain oatmeal. balls>ran out this morning.. protein shake with phyto greens @4:15am
small piece of fudge and 5 hour energy @8am
chicken breast with cucumbers and carrot sticks @noon
chicken breast @3pm
steak with asparagus and baked potato with sour cream and chives @6pm
protein shake with glutamine and dextrose post workout @9pm

thanks Lart. hope it helps ya with something, or gets ya to buy something, or entertains you, or at the very least kills a little bit of time in your day if you're bored. it def helps to log it. much easier than looking at my scribbled down notes in my book, some pages are worthless cuz i spilled a glass of water on one side. i want to start breaking down the macros every now and then when i get a little more time on days off or something. any tips anyone has or any other comments feel free to post as well guys.
 
i actually worked a whole day of work today.. i mean i do maintenance work, a full day is still only 4 hours out of 12 at best. lol but i didnt take a single nap :biggrin: weights yesterday if u can call it that, so today went for a run 30 minutes at 5.5 on the treadmill and incline 5.5 as well. 340 cals. another 30 minutes or so on the punching dummy.

diet is as follows:

Protein shake with phyto greens @5:30am
3 eggs, 1 piece of 12 grain toast and serving of strawberries @7:45am
smoked salmon with cucumbers and carrot sticks and canteloupe @noon
smoked salmon @3pm
porkchop wit broccoli and cauliflower @6pm
Protein shake with glutamine post workout @8:30pm
 
nother long day at work, and day 2 with no naps. im a new man lol. got some new workers this shift. one of the guys is a chronic masturbator lmao. like i thought i was bad, sometimes ill sneak away at lunch time and wank one. or if i got a headache instead of using tylenol ill just go wank one and release endorphins. works great i swear, plus its fun and feels good. but i do this all secretly.. well the ppl ive worked with for a while know, but whatevs. this dude Josh. its his 3rd day here and at break he asks to me drive him back to camp and im like why? he says straight up he jerks it about 6 times a day and he needs to go bust a nut. this is where it gets weird, so i was like whatever guess ill drop him off and do it myself as well. bt then i thought to myself that i know for a fact Josh is wankin it right now too, and i got that stuck in my head and that fucked up the whole thing. couldnt get it up, or focus on a chick. eff me that sounds wrong when written form. anyways dosed again at 75 tonight. felt great mentally, recovery is pretty good while on s4. but my body is just not backing up that mentality. feeling weak but dont know why. when i get home and have some time on thursday gonna check out micro/macro nutrients, check my cal intake. could be stress from the gf ( from now on referred to as the dreamsmasher ) idk, oh well here is my workout:

overhead press - 45 1x5 > 95 1x5 > 115 1x5 > 135x5x5x5 i was toast after 3 sets wtf?
bent over row - 45x5 > 95x5 > 115x5 > 135x5x5x5x5x5 hard towards the end
bb curls - 45x5 > 65x5
twist situps > 25x5x5
situps - 25x5 > 45x5x5x5x5x5

gonna drop dextrose pwo for now on as well as potatoes i think. gonna post a thread in diet forum about diet tweaks when i breakdown the macros/cal intake accurately
 
also for previous posts, sometimes i write squat twice, the 2nd one should be deadlift. just noticed this when reading back thru shit tonight. the deadlift is the 245 max weight
 
half way done my shift :) day 3.5 with no sleeping at work, i even did alot of work today. masturbating has increased. now that i work with Josh the meat beater, i figure instead of sitting in my truck listening to tunes i might as well go to my camp room and wank one too. just gotta focus. leave a porn in the dvd player so its always ready to go on a moments notice. in, beat, back to work. i think workin with this guy might be alright. although when i was younger i rubber it raw once from doing it too much. oh well. anything awesome has to have a side right.

anyways hit the gym for a slower run tonight. my foot was feeling a little sore yesterday and today. went for 30 minutes at 4.5 on treadmill. s4 dosed at 75 mg hour or so before my brisk walk.

cooks are idiots btw. got into a big arguement with this ass clown. one cook was getting swamped with a few orders in front of me, so this chick stops cleaning the soda fridges and comes to serve me. all cooks have to wear blue rubber gloves when dealing with food. so she doesnt change her gloves from when she was using the cleaning products and i asked her if she was gonna do that before she served me. she looked at me like i was fucking retarded. we got into a heated debate and eventually the other dude just served me and told her to go to the back, most likely to shut me up. some ppl just need to get punched in the head for not understanding simple concepts on sanitation, cleanliness and using your brain. no wonder she only makes 15 bux an hour.. also the cleaning lady didnt change the roll of toilet paper. i know there is another roll in my washroom but out of stubbornness and anger at the cook im not going to the washroom till i get to my office tomorrow, and my tp roll had better be changed.. although i think she might be mad that i clogged the toilet on thursday and just left it cuz there was no plunger and i was late for my morning meeting
 
decided to take an off day today, just feeling right wore out. been sleeping better tho. just think it was work today, 27 celsius, plus wearing coveralls, steel toes, hard hat, clothes under the covies, tool belt and i worked like a mofo today. havent done this much work as i did today and yesterday in along long time. had an all journeyman crew today. had to show them who's who. feelin sore and achy everywhere. time for an off day!

on a personal note, my toilet paper roll was changed today. so the war was won! also my coveralls and my crews covies are destroyed but my boss wont give me new ones for us. cheap prick. i think im gonna goto the head boss and ask him to write me up for lack of adequate personal protective equipment. its the only way i can think of getting us new shit and sticking it to my boss at the same time. putz

cut out of work early yesterday and today to go fishing at christina lake. so no workouts, and to top it off yesterday i had a piss poor diet. lunch and dinner were junk i wont mention it.

tomorrow ill be traveling all day. so no update till thursday, gonna be driving the dreamsmasher to the airport at 7am on thurs, so ill be free of her for the week. i would like to make this week full of debauchery but we will see, my car keeps me broke until next april or so.. plus it will be counter productive.. but we will see ;) i also dont know anybody in the city i just moved to, so having fun is hard, im not very motivated when doing stuff on my own except for going to the gym.. also kickboxing on thursday, maybe with a jailhouse plp in the daytime
