for me cause my endurance sucks on pullups, i work better in the lower rep ranges, like 3-6 range, and adding weight, cause my form goes to shit after 8 no matter what the weight is
I'm tryin bro! gettin used everyday to my new schedule. Very nice schedule by the way. Let's see what happens. Although now that I have more free time, will dedicate more to my body. Need to get advantage of the heat here in S FL to do some cardio on the streets.
