damn bro you sound about the same as me except my lats are big
 
i have been trying to bring them up with heavy deadz and pull ups.


i think with my BF dropping they are looking better, but still not where i want to be


But then again I am never happy with my body, i keep pushing no matter what i see
 
i deadlifted 300lbs for 5 reps yesterday.. is that good?
 
thats really good man. when i was deadlifting i was doing 405x3 no more though my back gets weak thinin about it
