I took 4AD at about 1000mg/day. I gained 2 pounds. I was so pissed. Yeah i kept the 2 whole pounds but i was very dissapointed.

was you stacking 4ad with 1-ad at the time?

Not at that time. I was speaking of when i did a 4AD oral cycle of 1000mg/day. My nuts ascended very far up and shrunk, and after just 1 day they went back to normal. I'm doing 1AD and 4AD now i'll be using trib and maca when i'm done.

Since i don't know correct doses, i just take 3 caps, 3 times/day. Which is like 9 times the recommended amount.

I don't know if this is true or not... but one Elite member who recommended the Maca said his doctor actually recommended it, and the doc said it was just as good as clomid at restoring your test. If it's true or not i don't know.

hmm...that's interesting..that would definitely be a great alternative to clomid then..plus if you stack that with tribex 500 or tribulus then you should be popping boners like a kid
