Hi everyone. I have been taking clen now for about 3 wks (2days on/2 days off). I'm a runner who is training for a marathon in October. My last few training runs have been extremely difficult, with increased Shortness of breath and fatigue. My diet/sleep has not changed or anything. Has anyone experienced effects like these, or does clen sometimes have a fatigue effect? I cannot seem to find any information on this topic. Please help!

Agree with WarLobo. Clen always ends up giving me cramps because I can never get enough water in my to keep me hydrated. I lift outside in my garage with no heat / air / or air circulation so I sweat like crazy.
Why are you taking clen? For a marathon wouldn't it be best to conserve your energy...not burn it up?
I'm not much to give advice on marathons. I talked to a friend this past weekend that was talking about runnng 25 miles a day....A DAY!!!! I don't drive that in a day much less walk it...maybe in a year or walking or something!!!! ha ha...just a little humor about myself.
