Get ready for the FOOD!
2172 calories
600 calories burned
135.4 scale weight
multi/aspirin

m1
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 cup skim milk
orange

m2
2 whole wheat bread
tsp peanut butter

m3
100ml salmon
orange
cucumber
1 cup skim milk

m4
1 slice of cheese
1 cup of carrots
8 melba toasts

m5
1 chicken breast
1.5 cup skim milk
1/2 cup of potatoes
1/2 cup corn
salad

m6
1/2 cup blueberries
1 whole wheat bread

now when I put everything into fitday it the totals are totally different than hers, and when I put it into spark people I still get totally different numbers. Will be asking her. Don't start the program officially till monday so cardio till then, but it is all good. Way to busy this weekend with birthday parties and lots of other good stuff.

Wow, this Barbie stuff brings back some memories! I had the Barbie hotel that was like 5 stories tall and had an elevator in it. I had the vet and the bubble bath bathroom too. The bathtub had a bubble maker in it...pretty cool.

 
My eyes kinda' popped out at the 60% carbs......on the other hand, you're doing 60 min. of cardio 5x a week.

Let us know if you see a difference with the carbs in the first week - or if you're staying the same or making progress......curious!

 
Maybe she means 1.5 cups of cooked oatmeal as opposed to dry?? Could that be messing up the numbers??

Does fit day weigh cooked or dry, she does mean cooked, I am going to have to try again, I looked at it for an hour last night, I must be missing something, my totals were 3500 calories by the time I imputed all the food!

Not sure my other trainer did it to me too but it was protein shake and fruit juice. now it is a starch and a carb, she is going from the canadian diabetic association. I am not diabetic so not sure.

im guessing she is trying to do the whole "insulin" spike thing. Very confusing...Im reading a book right now trying to learn all I can :rolleyes:
